About the Role

A technology-driven company is looking for a Systems Administration Manager to own the day-to-day administration of its systems, networks, and corporate platforms while leading a small IT support team.

Responsibilities:
Systems Administration
- Administer user accounts, identity, and access across corporate platforms (Google Workspace, Zoho, Slack, MS Office, Adobe), including SSO, MFA, and permission management.
- Manage the full employee technology lifecycle: account provisioning and deprovisioning, hardware setup, software licensing, and onboarding/offboarding support.
- Maintain and manage IT asset inventory: computers, phones, peripherals, and software licenses.

Network & Infrastructure
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure: routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, and remote access (VPN).
- Create and maintain technical documentation: IP records, network diagrams, system configurations, and runbooks.




- Monitor system health and uptime; troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.

Security & Backups
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices: access controls, data backups, endpoint protection, and incident response.
- Ensure reliable backup and recovery of critical data (employee records, corporate data, shared drives).
- Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and security procedures.

Team Leadership & Support Operations
- Lead the IT support team: set priorities, assign tickets and tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues across the organization.
- Provide IT support to Finance, HR, and Operations, including HR platforms (Zoho People, SAP, BambooHR) and training tools (Zoom, Meet, LMS).
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services, and track technology spend.

Integrations & Automation
- Maintain and improve integrations between platforms such as Zoho, Slack, Sales
