Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and develop new business leads
- Engage in sales conversations, clearly explaining product features and benefits tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms, pricing,
and service packages to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Use Rapid's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase lead conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for prospects
- Follow up with leads regularly through outbound calling efforts to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing custom
