The Opportunity
We're looking for a hungry, bilingual Outside Sales Representative based in Colombia to join our remote sales team. You'll be working US business hours, prospecting and closing deals with American companies who need their vehicles wrapped and branded. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who knows how to build relationships, follow up relentlessly, and close.
You don't need to know the wrap industry — we'll train you. You need to know how to sell. If you come in with wrap knowledge, AI skills, or GoHighLevel experience, you'll hit the ground running even faster.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold outreach to US-based businesses: fleet operators, small businesses, construction companies, delivery services, real estate agents, and more
- Execute social media outbound marketing to identify and engage prospects
- Present DC Wrap Co's services to decision-makers and close deals
- Manage your book of business and maintain accurate CRM records
- Hit monthly revenue targets and earn uncapped commissions on every deal
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred; cold calling experience a big plus)
- Fluent English — written and spoken; you'll be communicating with US clients daily
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Comfortable working US business hours (EST or CST)
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
