Retail Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Brief Description: Slate Brands is looking for a highly organized and beauty-savvy Retail Project Coordinator to support the execution of product launches, retail partnerships, and brand activations across our portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of operations and brand strategy — you'll be the connective tissue between internal teams, retail buyers, and brand partners, ensuring every project lands on time, on-shelf, and on-brand.

You must have hands-on experience in the beauty or personal care industry — understanding of product lifecycles, retailer requirements, and beauty market dynamics is non-negotiable.

What You'll Do
- Own project timelines for new product launches, retail resets, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns (from concept brief to in-store execution), ensuring alignment across marketing, operations, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product development, supply chain, marketing, sales, and creative to meet retailer deadlines and compliance requirements.




- Manage retailer portals and submission processes (planograms, new item forms, compliance documents, UPC/barcode setups) for key US accounts such as Target, Ulta, TJ Maxx, and specialty beauty retailers.
- Manage retailer EDI systems, including order information, shipment tracking, shipment confirmations, invoices, and required operational documentation.
- Support retail order management, including incoming purchase orders, replenishment orders, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination.
- Act as the day-to-day internal point person for retail accounts, helping coordinate both retail marketing initiatives and operational execution.
- Coordinate the development and execution of retail marketing assets, including shelf signage, POP displays, tester units, educational materials, promotional collateral, and in-store merchandising elements.
