The Senior Chargeback Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial transactions, contract alignment, and strong distributor partnerships. This position is responsible for investigating claim discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams to resolve chargeback and rebate issues, and ensuring customer eligibility and pricing are correctly maintained. With a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency, the specialist monitors data for root-cause issues, supports process improvements, and provides timely updates to management on trends and recurring challenges.
In this role, the Senior Chargeback Analyst serves as a key resource for Direct Order hold management and reconciliation, negotiates outstanding distributor balances within established guidelines, and handles customer eligibility inquiries with precision and follow-through. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work environments.
The analyst is expected to model professionalism, contribute actively to team initiatives, and build productive relationships with Commercial and Distributor partners to support overall business performance.
