Job Description:
Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging systems. Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated innature
Reporting to the Supervisor / Project Manager, Managed Services.

Work on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.
SUPERVISION
Normally receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects.

Frequently interact with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities.
