We are looking for a Lead QA Specialistto join our team. You will lead and coordinate our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Your expertise in testing methodologies,



tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- You will support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on design document analysis, and manage progress.
- You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.
- You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.
- You will work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.
- You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.
- You will execute early risk assessment, management and resolution.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC or Gaming Consoles.
- 5+ years' of experience using test tools (e.g. JIRA), testing methodology, and QA processes.
- Experience with AI-driven Test Insigh
