About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Records Specialist to support one of our international clients. This role is essential in managing patient information, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting administrative and operational processes within medical and legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize medical records accurately and securely
- Process referrals and ensure proper documentation flow
- Handle patient registration and data entry in internal systems
- Make outbound calls to request documents or confirm information
- Provide occasional phone support when needed
- Run and analyze reports (billing,
records status, and other operational reports)
- Maintain updated and compliant records at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive mindset and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative processes
- Experience in healthcare, medical records, or administrative roles is a plus
- Experience with CRM/EHR systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- First Month (Training Period): $200,000 (for the first 30 days)
- After Training:
- Base Salary: $2,300,000
- Wellness Allowance: $300,000
- Transportation Allowance: $249,095
- Total Monthly Income:$2,849,095:
- Fixed bonus included (not performance-based)
Salary Growth:
- After 3 months: +$100,000 (based on performance review) → $2,949,095:
