What's The Role

The B2B CBM Specialist will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data models that enable advanced analysis and decision-making for the B2B segment for Liberty Caribbean,but this role is based in the Bogota, Colombia officeand it is a full time on-site position.

This role combines strong data engineering capabilities with data analysis and business insight generation, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and well-structured data is available for reporting, analytics, and strategic initiatives.

We are looking for a strategic, highly structured, and analytical professional with experience operating across complex data environments and interacting with multiple stakeholders. This individual will support business, financial, and operational teams by translating data into clear, actionable insights through strong communication and visualization.

In order to be eligible for this role, candiates must have a legal work status in Colombia. This role is not eligible for a work permit, not relocation.

Responsibilities:




What You'll Do

Data Engineering & Pipelines
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python to ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple structured and semi‑structured sources.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all pipeline stages through robust validation, cleansing, and transformation practices.

Data Modeling & Architecture
- Design, orchestrate, and maintain analytical data models optimized for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Continuously improve data preprocessing and modeling workflows to enhance performance, maintainability, and analytical value.

Data Analysis & Insights
- Explore and analyze large, complex datasets to understand structure, quality, relationships, correlations, and emerging trends.
