We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our project with a leading software vendor providing booking systems for airline companies.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Document BA artifacts with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with digital scrum teams to define project scope
- Coordinate with developers, delivery managers, and stakeholders
- Ensure requirements align with airline booking system capabilities
- Support API-first development processes
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to planning and effort estimation
- Align requirements with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Oversee consistency of requirements across multiple teams
- Review and refine BA documentation to meet quality standards





Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Business Analysis
- Proven expertise in BA artifacts documentation
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering sessions
- Track record of managing complex software projects
- Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have
- Experience with effort estimation
- Understanding of NDC (New Distribution Capability) and One-Order
- Familiarity with airline industry standards
