Overview: The Senior Analytics Associate is a pivotal role responsible for executing data analysis, deriving actionable insights, and contributing to strategic recommendations. This role combines deep analytical expertise with practical problem-solving, often leading smaller projects or workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Design and execute complex data analyses to solve business problems.
- Insight Generation: Translate intricate data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders,



identifying trends and opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to monitor KPIs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with channel teams to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Methodology Enhancement: Continuously research and implement new analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies to improve data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in an analytics role

Technical Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Data QA, reporting automation, experience with SQL databases.
