Position Overview

The LATAM Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager (Import) leads the regional import sea logistics operational care structure across Latin America (LCL/FCL), ensuring operational excellence and first-class service aligned with integral and regional sea logistics standards. This role manages Supervisors, Team Leads, and Specialists across multiple countries, driving process standardization, KPI performance, data quality, and compliance throughout the region. The position has direct impact on operational stability, customer service quality, and business growth in LATAM,



while leading recovery plans for underperforming countries or teams and promoting continuous improvement initiatives across the regional import function.

How you create impact
- Lead and develop the national Import Operational Care team, ensuring high performance and operational discipline.
- Manage supervisors and team leads, addressing productivity, quality, and performance gaps.
- Participate in business review meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement actions.
- Drive process optimization across Import LCL/FCL operations within the organization structure.
- Ensure operational KPIs, SLAs, and data quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Implement operational changes and continuous improvement projects.
