We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our data integrity, CRM system, and reporting capabilities. A professional who is passionate about data cleanliness and process efficiency. You will be a "guardian" of our CRM, ensuring that our business decisions are based on accurate, high-quality information.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to support key business decisions.
- Audit and organize existing reports to check for accuracy.
- Support updates to data properties and adapt reporting to evolving business needs




- Lead regular data imports and large-scale clean-up projects.
- Manage record hygiene: merge duplicates, delete obsolete entries, and update company/contact records.
- Support ongoing audits to ensure the CRM remains the "source of truth.”
- Configure new data properties and support integrations with third-party tools.
- Build and maintain an internal "Data Dictionary" (property definitions) to ensure team-wide clarity.
- Assist with user access reviews and general system "spring cleaning."
- Review and update automation workflows for accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor third-party app integrations to ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Support research, documentation, and the creation of user guides for team education.
