Senior Product Manager LAN (Colombia, Peru & Ecuador)
About the Role
The Senior Product Manager LAN will be responsible for developing, planning,
and executing the strategic and tactical brand plan within the assigned therapeutic area across Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.
This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare system dynamics and stakeholder needs, enabling the identification of demand generation opportunities and sustainable brand growth.
The position requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership through influence, as it does not include direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the brand strategy and positioning, aligned with business objectives and product life cycle.
- Define and execute the brand’s strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with the Core Value Team (CVT).
- Execute, monitor, and optimize brand plan initiatives, ensuring effectiveness and efficient budget management.
