Your new role
As a Quality Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of reimagining how we approach quality management at a pivotal time for our organization. With product distribution models evolving and technology reshaping our possibilities, you'll play a critical role in making our quality processes more agile, cost-effective, and innovative.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the transformation and simplification of our quality management system, exploring innovative approaches and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Leading technology-linked quality initiatives that streamline processes and reduce complexity while maintaining our uncompromising standards
- Supporting CCA (Corrective and Preventive Action) audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across operations
- Collaborating across all organizational levels to deliver training, implement process improvements, and build quality capabilities
- Acting as a business partner to stakeholders, balancing quality requirements with business agility and operational efficiency
- Ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, medical device standards, and internal compliance requirements
- Championing a culture of quality that embraces change, innovation, and continuous learning
