Leading Excellence in Financial Document Operations

Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality in high-volume financial document processing. The Indexing Team Leader guides and supports the Indexing Specialists team to ensure invoices and related documents are correctly classified, searchable, and audit-ready, consistently meeting SLAs and quality standards while delivering a reliable, client-focused service experience across a multi-country operation.

How you create impact




- Manage the end-to-end indexing process and supervise daily activities of the indexing team.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of accounts payable data while maintaining strict data integrity standards.
- Implement and enforce structured indexing and categorization protocols for invoices and financial documents to enable fast and reliable retrieval.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams to align workflows and support efficient invoice processing and payment execution.
- Monitor SLAs and quality metrics to ensure consistent service performance.
- Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs to support continuous team improvement.

What we would like you to bring
- Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Proven leadership or team supervision experience.
- Strong financial background with knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
