Financial Specialist - Order to Cash
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Specialist to support our Order to Cash operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payment processing. This role is responsible for managing and reviewing payment transactions, supporting billing and collections activities, and ensuring compliance with established financial procedures and controls. The position requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and solid knowledge of O2C workflows.
The specialist will ensure all payment activities are processed in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining the highest quality standards.
How you create impact
- Manage and validate end-to-end Order to Cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
- Support billing and invoicing activities, ensuring timely and correct invoice generation and delivery.
- Coordinate collections activities by following up on outstanding balances and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high quality standards through continuous monitoring, reporting, and process improvement within O2C workflows.
