Role
You will be part of a global team responsible for analyzing credit agreements and transforming complex legal and financial documentation into structured insights within a growing general credit database. The platform supports some of the world's largest investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and financial and legal advisors in making informed credit market decisions.
This position is based in our Bogotá office.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze credit agreements, identifying and interpreting key commercial and legal terms.
- Assess and validate analyses prepared by colleagues in the US and London, ensuring consistency and high analytical standards.
- Input and maintain high-quality, structured data in the database, contributing to a trusted market intelligence product.
- Collaborate with international teams to continuously improve data quality and analytical processes.
