Overview:
Role
- Lead end‑to‑end intake, validation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication for Creative and Brand Studio engagements.
- Maintain project tracking across PM platforms, including outreach follow‑ups, engagement performance metrics, and cross‑team coordination.
- Create and maintain reporting to support project visibility and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Brand Center and Design Center inquiries.
- Manage daily inbox operations, triage and respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 branding questions, and escalate higher‑tier issues to leadership.
- Monitor, categorize, and analyze inquiry trends to enhance future responses and service offerings.
