Leader in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) requeries a TRAINER IN BWAN specializing in BWAN/SD-WAN and experience training in them

Must experience requirements:
3 years training BWAN - SDWAN

Cloud-based security architectures such as SASE is a plus

networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPSec, MPLS) and network security concepts

Knowledge:
- ZTNA - Zero Trust Network Access
- NSE3 or NSE4
- SASE
- BWAN and SD-WAN

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Location: Remote - Colombia

Contract: Indefinite

Key Responsabilities
- Deployment &Configuration;: Lead the end-to-end deployment of BWAN/SD-WAN solutions, including initial discovery, architecture design, configuration, and post-implementation support
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on integrating Netskope's solutions with existing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements
- CustomerEngagement:



Act as the primary technical point of contact during engagements, building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal support teams to address escalations promptly
- Documentation: Deliver detailed technical documentation, including network designs, implementation guides, and project handover materials
- Training: Educate customers and partners on best practices for using Netskope’s BWAN/SD-WAN solutions, fostering self-sufficiency and long-term success
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the scalability, functionality, and reliability of cybersecurity solutions
