We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship from day one — and build the retention department from the ground up.
The Role
This isn't a support ticket role. You're the face of RXR Media to every client you manage. You'll run onboarding calls for new clients, monitor campaign performance, spot problems before they become cancellations, and find opportunities to grow accounts. You'll be the reason clients stay — and the reason they refer their friends.
You'll also be the first person in this seat, which means you'll help define what great customer success looks like here. If you're the type who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and building something real — this is it.
What You'll Do
Run onboarding calls with every new client to set expectations, confirm campaign details, and build the relationship from day one
Manage a portfolio of active clients — tracking campaign health, engagement, and satisfaction
Proactively reach out at key touchpoints (30/60/90 day, monthly check-ins) before clients have a reason to complain
Identify at-risk accounts early and execute save conversations
Spot upsell opportunities and either close them yourself or hand off to sales
Trigger and manage the referral program for clients ready to send warm introductions
Build and refine the SOPs, scripts, and playbooks that will define this department going forward
Work closely with fulfillment and sales to ensure a seamless client experience end to end
Who You Are
2+ years in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role — ideally in marketing, SaaS, or a
