Position Details
- Location: Remote (Colombia)
- Contract Type: Service Provision Contract (Independent Contractor)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (versátil)
Education Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma
- Preferred: University-level studies in communications, sales, marketing, or related fields
Language
- English: Excellent written and spoken English (required)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and negotiation
- Ability to build trust and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- CRM management and structured follow-up
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Strong objection-handling and high-ticket closing skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the first contact with leads generated through WhatsApp Ads
- Answer questions and provide clear information about the course
- Schedule calls and guide prospects through their decision-making process
- Follow up consistently until the sale is closed
- Keep the CRM updated with lead information and status
- Work closely with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates
- Explore additional conversion channels (e.g., niche Facebook groups)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling online education or high-ticket products
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, HighLevel CRM, and sales automation tools
Compensation
- Base salary: $800 USD/month + commissions
- Tier 1 (1-10 sales): 5% = $49.75 per student
- Tier 2 (11-20 sales): 7% = $69.65 per student
- Tier 3 (21+ sales): 10% = $99.50 per student
