We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to handle cases from intake through pre‑litigation. This role requires someone who can manage cases independently and communicate effectively with clients, providers, insurers, and attorneys.

Responsibilities
- Manage PI cases from intake through pre‑litigation
- Communicate with clients and provide case updates
- Coordinate medical treatment and follow-ups
- Request and track medical records and bills
- Work with insurance adjusters (PIP, BI, etc.)
- Assist with demand package preparation
- Maintain accurate case notes in Filevine:
- Track deadlines and ensure case progress

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of U.S. Personal Injury case management experience
- Ability to handle cases independently
- Strong knowledge of pre‑litigation workflows
- Experience with Filevine (preferred)
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
