We are seeking a bilingual paralegal specializing in personal injury to support our attorneys during the litigation phase. This role requires prior experience in U.S. litigation, with an emphasis on preparing responses to discovery in accordance with California law.
Key Responsibilities
Draft responses to discovery in compliance with the California Code of Civil Procedure.
Provide support to attorneys throughout the entire lifecycle of personal injury cases.
Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal briefs.
Manage court dates, schedules, and procedural deadlines.
Review, organize, and analyze legal documentation and discovery materials.
Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in Filevine.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury cases in the U.S.
Proven experience drafting discovery responses under California law.
Solid knowledge of U.S. litigation procedures and deadline management.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1).
Working Conditions
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (PST)
