About the Role

We are looking for a Intake Specialist to support one of our international clients in the legal industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a professional and empathetic experience while gathering key information to assess their cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist potential clients
- Gather detailed information about incidents, injuries, and insurance
- Evaluate case eligibility based on guidelines
- Accurately enter client data into CRM systems
- Schedule consultations with legal teams




- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and confident)
- High level of empathy and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle sensitive or urgent situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and respond efficiently
- Experience in call centers, customer service, or CRM tools is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $2,300,000
- Wellness Allowance: $300,000
- Transportation Allowance: $249,095
- Total Starting Monthly Income:$2,849,095

Salary Growth:
- After 3 months: +$100,000 (based on performance review) → $2,949,095:
- After 6 months: +$100,000 additional → $3,049,095:
- Increases are fixed and cumulative
