Description:
We will count on you to:
- Support placement of commercial auto, workers compensation, motor truck cargo, and other related lines of coverage as needed.- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors in quote generation.
- Navigate and utilize multiple computer systems and software platforms efficiently.- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external carriers as required.
What you need to have:
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Experience or comfort working with multiple computer systems and online platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Previous experience in insurance, transportation, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
