This document contains the responsibilities applicable to the position:PATIENT RECRUITMENT REPRESENTATIVE RBS.Failure to comply with the provisions of this document is considered by the signatory parties as a serious fault and just cause to terminate the employment contract, without compensation for damages.
- Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospective participants, answering questions and providing detailed information about clinical trial opportunities, eligibility criteria, and study requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule screening visits, assessments, and follow-up appointments with clinical trial coordinators, ensuring participants are informed of the dates and requirements of their visits.
- Provide ongoing support to trial participants throughout the recruitment and enrollment process, answering questions, clarifying concerns, and guiding them through next steps.
- Accurately enter participant information, call logs, and notes into the clinical trial database or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, REDCap). Make sure all data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Follow up with interested participants who have expressed interest but have not yet completed registration, providing reminders and helping with any obstacles they may face.
- Ensure that all hiring data is validated to ensure accuracy. Work with the team to resolve any data discrepancies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned, either in support of the department's objectives or for your personal or professional training, education, or development, as scheduled by your immediate superior.
