Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical, business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing data and technology team. Operating across direct-to-consumer (e-commerce), major retail partnerships, third-party marketplaces, and B2B wholesale channels, our business is actively expanding its data infrastructure to support rapid scaling.

In this role, you will be central to executive decision-making—building automated dashboards, analyzing sales and margin performance, and synthesizing complex datasets into clear, strategic narratives for senior leadership (including the CEO and SVP of Operations). You will bridge raw data with commercial strategy, designing self-updating BI workflows, querying cloud data warehouses, and highlighting the "why" behind revenue shifts, product mix trends, and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Engineering & Workflow Automation

BI Dashboard Development: Build, maintain, and optimize executive-facing dashboards in Looker / Google Looker Studio (or equivalent BI platforms) to track revenue, gross margins, contribution margins, and operational metrics across all channels.

Automated Data Pipelines: Design self-updating, automated reporting workflows using Google Sheets, BigQuery, and Looker to minimize manual data extraction.

2. Strategic Financial Analysis & Executive Narrative

Executive Performance Reporting: Produce structured monthly business intelligence reports synthesizing raw transactional data into actionable, executive-ready narratives for senior leadership.

Margin & Product Mix Auditing: Monitor channel performance, gross/contribution margins, product mix shifts, and key strategic initiatives, identifying underlying anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities.
