Across eight global destinations — Sintra (Portugal), Syros (Greece), Tuscany (Italy), Andalusia (Spain), Kotor (Montenegro), Bali (Indonesia), Kamakura (Japan), and La Barra (Uruguay) — we offer families the infrastructure to spend one, three, or 6+ months living in a new country: fully furnished homes, dedicated coworking hubs, and our own academy project based learning programs for children ages 1.5 -14.9 years old.

About The Opportunity

Boundless Life is seeking a highly capable Real Estate Legal Transaction Manager to join our Real Estate & Expansion team and support the growth of our global portfolio across eight active markets today, an active expansion pipeline.

The idóneo candidate will bring solid, hands-on experience in commercial real estate legal practice — with a particular focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional lease negotiations and hybrid deal structures (leases with management, operating, or revenue-share components).

This role will serve as a dedicated legal transaction partner to the Real Estate & Expansion team, reporting directly to the General Legal Counsel and working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Global Head of Real Estate, in-house counsel, external local counsel, and business stakeholders across each market.
