The Commercial Success team is the analytics engine behind two of GoDaddy's most important growth levers: Renewals and Media. We turn data from across the business into the insight that leaders actually decide on — how our renewal book is pacing, where media spend is working, and what to do next. This isn't reporting for reporting's sake: our analysis sets strategy and direction at the business-unit level. As a Sr. Mgr - Business Analytics, you'll be one of the most senior individual contributors on the team The person we hand the ambiguous, high-stakes questions to, and trust to come back with a clear story and a recommendation.





What you'll get to do...
- Lead complex, end-to-end analytics across Renewals and Media, transforming ambiguous business questions into actionable insights that explain performance, root causes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Redshift, financial and budgeting systems, media/ad platforms, and ad hoc datasets, to create a single trusted source of truth for decision-making.
- Deliver executive-ready insights through QuickSight dashboards, advanced Excel models, and compelling presentations that simplify complex data and support informed business decisions.
- Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, uncover deeper insights, scale impact, and drive adoption of innovative analytical practices across the team.
