? What You'll Do
Insurance & Risk Operations
✅ Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
✅ Review policy information and carrier documentation
✅ Ensure certificates are issued accurately and from the appropriate policy




✅ Process requests through internal platforms and service portals
✅ Maintain organized and updated insurance records
Client & Vendor Support
✅ Communicate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
✅ Respond to requests and follow up on pending items
✅ Provide professional and timely customer service
✅ Build strong working relationships across multiple teams
Documentation & Data Management
✅ Maintain policy endorsements and operational records
✅ Update payment trackers and internal databases
✅ Verify information accuracy and identify discrepancies
✅ Support reporting and administrative projects
Process Improvement
✅ Follow structured procedures and operational workflows
✅ Support initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality
✅ Assist with special projects assigned by leadership
