Job Summary

Grant Thornton is currently seeking an Advisory Knowledge Management (KM) Lead to support the Advisory service line and its five solution families. This KM position works closely with Advisory leadership to create and lead the development and execution of a knowledge management plan in support of priority initiatives. The Advisory KM Lead serves as a strategic knowledge advisor to practice leaders to develop their respective knowledge strategies and focus on key priorities including supporting M&A; integrations, expanding AI capabilities, and building a global KM support model.

Responsibilities

· Serve as a trusted advisor to global Advisory leadership
· Create and continually refine the integral Advisory knowledge management strategy and tactical plan for identifying, capturing, sharing, and transforming key information and intellectual capital into value
· Provide access to Advisory insights and key practice information through ownership of the Advisory intranet and development of related knowledge collections/packaged content (e.g., sales support toolkits,



opportunity identifiers, hot service offerings)
· Be recognized in the organization as an Advisory subject matter specialist - know the practice, solution families, and capabilities – connecting people to people and people to content
· Proactively identify pain points and recommend solutions to address the needs of Advisory professionals in support of sales and service delivery
· Drive innovation and support the rollout and adoption of AI tools and agents across the Advisory service line
· Support M&A; efforts by developing and implementing strategies and frameworks to efficiently capture, organize and share critical knowledge, ensuring seamless integration of knowledge assets, fostering relationships with Advisory leaders in new countries and entities, establishing a global Advisory knowledge network and promoting collaboration among stakeholders throughout the process.
