Overview
This individual will be a member of a team focused on providing functional assistance and timely,
effective solutions to complex business scenarios through the knowledge and application of Quorum’s oil and gas software applications. The individual should have a strong desire for continuous learning and growth of technical and functional skills with the aspiration to leverage these skills to provide a positive customer experience. The role requires extensive interactions with customers via written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions on system functionality and/or configuration
- Analyzing complex business requests and interpreting them for internal engineering teams and external IT and business staff
- Triaging, recreating, and documenting issues to provide detailed problem descriptions for coordination with engineering or product management
- Working with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next generation software solutions
