What will you do?
- Manage phone interactions with businesses focused on sales.
- Identify opportunities and understand the needs of business customers.
- Present and offer the company's corporate transportation solutions.
- Handle objections and provide effective sales assistance.
- Generate customer affiliations and sales.
- Meet performance indicators and sales targets.
- Accurately record customer interaction information in internal systems.
We are looking for people who:
- B2+ english level
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-orientation skills.
- Have a strong sales profile and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Are proactive, dynamic, and results-driven.
Job Conditions:
- Training Salary: COP $2,700,000 per month.
- Production Salary: COP $2,700,000 per month.
- Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
- Language: English B2+.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Location: B&M; Conecta – Av. Calle 26 #92-32, Bogotá.
- Work Schedule: Full-time – 42 hours per week.
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus.
Training (TRN):
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Duration: 4 weeks.
Operations (OPS):
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Workload: 42 hours per week.
