Description
We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM). This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The adecuado candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals and Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs).
Multi-Channel Sourcing: Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across LATAM utilizing job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach strategies.
Fast-Paced Fulfillment: Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines and high-volume expectations without sacrificing quality.
Interview Coordination & Communication:
Schedule and coordinate interviews while serving as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
ATS Management & Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records, status updates, and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Compliance & Standards: Uphold high quality standards and ensure full compliance with internal company policies and relevant healthcare staffing regulations.
Requirements
Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional, fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Healthcare Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience across LATAM, specifically sourcing for U.S.-based healthcare clients or organizations.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Proven, hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently.
