About the Role
The Personal Injury Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys handling personal injury cases. This role is responsible for managing case files from intake through resolution, maintaining communication with clients and third parties, and ensuring timely and accurate handling of all case-related documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a US law firm with Personal Injury.
- Conversational English level B2+
- Strong understanding of personal injury procedures, including insurance claims and litigation processes.
- Experience working with case management software (e.g., Clio, Needles, Litify, SmartAdvocate, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Key Responsibilities




- Assist attorneys with the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation support.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, medical chronologies, and settlement packages.
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management systems and client files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, statutes of limitations, hearings, and court dates.
- Assist with case evaluations, lien tracking, and settlement disbursement preparation.
- Support attorneys during depositions, mediations, and trials, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, court rules, and confidentiality requirements.
