We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organization in hosting events that enhance our organization's image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, design, production, promotion, overall coordination and profitability of an event, ensuring they are delivered smoothly and successfully. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are well-planned and executed.
- Identify and select appropriate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, caterers, decorators, audio-visual teams,



and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop event budgets and ensure effective financial management throughout the event planning process.
- Monitor expenses, negotiate costs, and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee all logístical aspects of the event, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, audio-visual requirements, seating arrangements, and equipment setup.
- Ensure smooth execution of these logístical elements, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Build and lead a team of event staff, including event coordinators, volunteers, and other support personnel.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication among team members and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
