Reporting directly to our AVP LATAM,



the Legal Director works independently under high-level direction, to identify legal risks and develop and implement legal strategy while equally providing intentional legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews activity in Legal across regions and practice areas to identify and implement the low cost adaptable sourcing and delivery solutions, consistent with the management of legal risk
- Ensures that specialist and transactional services are delivered to benchmarked cost and service level agreements
- Identifies and drives accountability with group functional strategy, policies and standards across the hybrid Legal organisation including US and ISMO
- Delivers continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
- Participates in AZ-wide initiatives to reduce General & Administration (G&A;) costs, working alongside Global Compliance and Secretariat
