We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and bilingual (Spanish-English) Account Development Representative (ADR) to help grow our pipeline of potential clients. As an ADR, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, reaching out to, and nurturing leads for our sales team. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is excited about digital media, emerging technologies, meaningful human connection, and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and qualify leads to generate new meetings for the sales team
- Lead full conversations in english.
- Personalize verbal and written communication to meaningfully connect with leads
- Reach out to 100+ leads per week
- Accurately track your daily activity using the tools and platforms provided to you
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff process when a lead has booked a meeting
- Participate in the introduction calls that you’ve set up to provide the sales team with support and assist with taking notes
- Follow up with prospects following introductions calls as needed
