What You’ll Do
Lead ecommerce strategy for ANI Latam, being responsible for the development of the DTC channel, brick and clicks, last millers and marketplaces. The ecommerce manager will be key in the definition of the vision of the channel withn Abbott Nutrition,
including identifying new opportunities for growth, regional negotiations with key commercial channels, look after the PNL of the channel and be an evangelist of this channel.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Lead regional strategy for ecommerce ecosystem - Lead regional negotiations for pure players and brick and clicks - Support affiliates on identifying better 3PL partners - Define and follow KPIs and dashboards - Prioritize new ecommerce features for Abbott store - Define work plan for brick and clicks, pure players including co-marketing activities to take full advantage of the ecosystem - Work with CRM team to articulate customer journey - Define general promotional activities - Deep dive on insights and analytics to identify UX improvements - POC for local teams on everything related to ecommerce
