About the Role:
The Autism Care Intake Coordinator plays a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy by managing intake workflows, reviewing required information, and ensuring readiness for care.

This role requires hands-on experience in ABA or autism care and strong coordination skills. You will balance administrative accuracy with compassionate communication, helping families feel supported while keeping intake records complete and organized.

Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage due to the population served.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intake for new ABA patients
- Review referrals, intake forms, and required documentation
- Communicate intake progress and requirements to families




- Maintain accurate records in intake and tracking systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intake gaps
- Use Spanish when appropriate for family communication
- Ensure intake workflows remain organized and timely

What You Bring:
- Required: Experience in autism services, ABA coordination, or behavioral health intake
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Clear English communication (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working with intake systems and workflows
- Spanish fluency preferred
- Detail-oriented and patient-focused
