You will have the opportunity to provide technical leadership, propose strategic solutions, and leave a lasting impact on the evolution of the platformDesign, develop, and maintain solutions on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as applicable).- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Develop advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, APIs, and integrations).- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the _ServiceNow Requirements_ program.- Act as a technical reference, providing mentorship and support for complex incidents.
