Overview:
T&S; Data Analyst is primarily responsible for developing and managing innovative internal data
management analytics and will work with the Integral Program Management Office to make our global data
accessible for internal stakeholders and leadership for visibility. This person will also collaborate with
operations team to enable business insights and continuous monitoring of its performance and results. The
role will be heavily tasked with developing and maintaining reports and visualizations on data platforms while
using various tools.

Responsibilities:
Work with Project & Program Management Office and Leaders in:
- Take and understand the end user reporting and analysis requirements. Ensure the report
availability to the different stakeholders and update them on a regular basis. Ensure the data
updated from the different POCs.
- Define the data sources, KPIs and dimensions needed (formulas and targets) - Establish and monitor
of data quality checks. Identify and troubleshoot errors in the reports




- Develop user friendly reports and analysis to attend the requirements on Excel or Power BI etc
- Partner with internal teams to create/support ETL tools to upload the different sources (SharePoint
files, data lake, other DBs, etc.) directly in SQL databases (Azure) or to PowerBI
- Develop presentations to show analytical insights from the data collected.
- Assist in the extraction and preparation of large, complex datasets to use for reporting and analytics

o Client Engagement: Work closely with internal customers to understand business problems,
translate to analytic requirements, iterate on design, and communicate progress
- Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI
- Conduct high-level and detailed analysis on large datasets to deliver actionable insights to internal
business partners

o Team Engagement: Contribute project status updates, feedback, and ideas to team meetings and form
strong working relationsh
