Role Overview:
- Full-Time, 100% Remote.
- Address customer inquiries via phone.
- Update account information with precision.
- Empower clients by offering guidance and solutions.

What's needed?:
- High level of spoken & written fluency in Englishis essential.
- At least 1 yearof experience in Customer Service environment.
- You will be required to supply your own remote workstation with a stable internet connection (Ethernet).:
