Associate Customer Solutions Manager, LATAM Scale CSM

As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Associate Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for helping guide AWS customers through their multi-year cloud journey. In this new role, you will ensure all AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver customer outcomes. You will be a key partner for our customers, leveraging your experience with large-scale cloud transformations and helping guide them through their AWS adoption stages. In addition to guiding the customer through the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey. You will interact with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between other key account groups (sales, support, solutions architecture, and professional services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, planning and supporting important workload migrations. You will manage cadence by leading reporting and tracking functions along the way.



The execution of educational plans, guidance to align business outcomes, executive briefings, and launch events and transitions are some of the CSM-owned elements that are fundamental to our customers' cloud journey success.
