About the Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant position. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted operational right hand to the founder—someone who can take an idea or objective, determine what needs to happen next, and help turn it into execution.
AI proficiency is a key component of this role. The adecuado candidate actively uses tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to research,



solve problems, organize information, improve processes, and execute work more efficiently.
You will work across three different business ventures and support a wide variety of initiatives. Because the projects can change frequently, we need someone who is highly adaptable, intellectually curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and operational support to the founder across multiple businesses and projects.
- Turn broad ideas, objectives, and requests into clear action plans and next steps.
- Use AI tools extensively for research, problem-solving, planning, documentation, content development, and workflow optimization.
- Research unfamiliar topics independently and identify practical solutions, resources, and approaches.
