Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Sewer Modelling Engineer to join our Enterprise Capabilities Design Center in Bogotá D.C. The selected candidate will support the development, calibration, and application of hydraulic models for large-scale municipal sewer systems serving urban areas with populations exceeding 500,000 inhabitants.
The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience calibrating hydraulic models of existing sanitary, combined, and municipal sewer systems using flow monitoring, rainfall data, wastewater diurnal patterns, and rainfall-dependent inflow and infiltration (RDII) analysis. Particular emphasis will be placed on wet weather flow (WWF) assessment, model calibration, and validation using monitored system performance data.
This role requires strong expertise in InfoWorks ICM, hydraulic model calibration, RTK-based RDII modelling, flow monitoring analysis, and sewer system performance evaluation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Canadian project teams to develop,
