About Our Clients
We currently support five (5) fast-growing U.S.- and German-based companies and agencies across DTC e-commerce, consumer products, subscription businesses, and digital services. They are looking for experienced Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategists who can take ownership of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn customer and performance data into actions that improve revenue, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
Depending on the client, your scope may include email and SMS marketing, lifecycle automation, retention strategy, subscription growth, customer journeys, experimentation, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key responsibilities




- Own lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, and other customer touchpoints based on business needs.
- Analyze customer, campaign, retention, and revenue data to identify opportunities and determine what should be tested or optimized.
- Develop and execute experiments around offers, messaging, segmentation, customer journeys, subscription conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs, including campaigns, automated flows, onboarding, post-purchase, winback, cancellation/save journeys, and other retention initiatives.
- Translate data and customer behavior into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
- Own performance against key business outcomes such as revenue, retention, customer lifetime value, subscription take rate, churn, or lifecycle program performance.
- Work directly with clients, founders, or senior stak
