Own key features and architectural improvements end-to-end — from design through build — using modern, leading-edge technology and architecture.
Collaborate with a team of deep technical experience and strong domain knowledge; brainstorm and share ideas.
Take initiative on complex, business-critical challenges such as third-party extensibility and real-time multi-user synchronization.
Define and evolve technical architecture,

Act as a technical leader across teams, influencing architectural decisions through design reviews, RFCs, and hands-on collaboration.

Establish and promote engineering standards and best practices to improve consistency, security, and maintainability.
