Key Requirements
- English C1 / Advanced (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, IT Support, or Client Support
- Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience supporting Windows desktop environments
- Experience troubleshooting printers, print drivers, print queues, and related systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zebra, Sato, Datamax,



or other barcode/label printers
- Experience with BarTender, TechLynx, or label management software
- SQL Server knowledge (backups, restores, and basic queries)
- Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Experience in U.S.-based technology or software environments
- Spanish or French is a plus

Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot software, printer, labeling, and system-related issues
- Support software installations, workstation setups, and client environments
- Assist clients with software usage, training, and best practices
- Diagnose print driver, queue, and label formatting issues
- Maintain accurate client records and support documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Assist with SQL database backups, restores, and system maintenance when required
- Deliver an exceptional customer expe
